2. Services
Liquid Gold Fueling provides on-site petroleum delivery across New Providence. Our services include delivery of diesel and gasoline to boats, generators, construction equipment, and commercial or residential properties.
All orders are subject to availability, delivery area, and current fuel stock. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Prices displayed on this website are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order and may vary based on current market fuel rates, delivery distance, and order volume. Price changes will always be communicated before delivery is made.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders can be placed by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website contact form. An order is confirmed only once Liquid Gold Fueling has acknowledged it in writing or by verbal confirmation.
Payment is accepted via:
- Cash (BSD)
- RBC Royal Bank transfer
- Scotiabank transfer
- CIBC FirstCaribbean transfer
- PayPal (online payments via our secure payment page)
Payment is due at the time of delivery unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing. Liquid Gold Fueling reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is confirmed.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Orders cancelled before a delivery vehicle has been dispatched: full refund issued within 5 business days
- Orders cancelled after a vehicle has been dispatched but before fuel has been transferred: a call-out fee may apply to cover fuel and driver costs
- Orders where fuel has been fully or partially delivered: no refund is available for fuel that has been dispensed. If a delivery error occurred on our part (wrong fuel type, incorrect quantity), we will work with the customer to resolve the issue at no additional cost
- Online payments made via PayPal: refunds where applicable will be processed back to the original PayPal account or card within 7 to 10 business days

5. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You have legal authority to accept fuel delivery at the specified location
- The delivery site is accessible and safe for our vehicle and staff
- You have provided accurate information about the fuel type, quantity, and delivery address
- Any tanks or containers receiving fuel are in proper condition and suitable for the fuel type ordered
Liquid Gold Fueling is not responsible for damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, inaccessible delivery sites, or unsuitable storage equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
Liquid Gold Fueling will make every reasonable effort to fulfill orders accurately and on time. However, we are not liable for:
- Delays caused by road conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Losses arising from fuel price fluctuations after an order is confirmed
- Damage to property resulting from customer-provided inaccurate specifications
- Losses arising from downtime of third-party payment processors including PayPal
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from a single delivery shall not exceed the value of that delivery.
7. Online Payments and Security
Online payments are processed through PayPal on our secure payment page. Liquid Gold Fueling does not store, access, or retain your credit card or banking details. All payment data is handled directly by PayPal under their security standards.
By making an online payment, you also agree to PayPal's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at paypal.com.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate customer orders. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users.
